Glow Sticks for 1p at Tesco...

First post so please be kind! Bought 20 in various colours in Tesco Durham tonight, have left some for everyone else....must have been about 50 remaining, but be quick because after the SA had scanned everyone individually she noticed the price and decided that she would have some too!

...just ran into some fellow MSE-ers loading up on glowsticks there. Took another 50 myself, but there were still about 2 dozen there when I left...

All discontinued stock gets reduced by 50%, then 75% and then remaining stock is reduced to a penny. The glow sticks are left over stock from Halloween so you may find a lot of stores have stock of this line stashed in their warehouse as they would have removed them from sale after the Halloween event finished;)

Might try and get some for the kids at lunchtime. Then again Im working near Blackpool and would assume that all stock is currently in someones garage waiting to be sold on the prom next summer. LOL.

what about the bracelets i take it its full price still, my tesco still has some (keeping location a secret until i clear the shelf lol) just wondered do you guys only have the blue and green or are there other colours out there.

I had the last 12 (sorry) in my local tesco last night- there was no SEL, so I took one to the nearest till and asked them to price check - the girl looked horrified at me and snorted out 'one pence!!' - so I just smiled as I snatched it back from her and ran back to get the other 11. I have an assortment of nieces and nephews, plus two little neighbours, so they'll each have 2 sticks of their lovely aunty myrnahaz.
