    Morning all

Lowesy - big congratulations to you hun! xx

I had a good night out last night, was home by 11 though! We went to local pub and had food and drinks for my student's leaving do. She loved her present (spa voucher). One of my colleagues was driving so kindly dropped me home at the end. But I need to walk to work this morning to get my car as I left it there yday.

I have abolutely nothing that I need/must to do this weekend :D First time this year I can say that! Feels so good not to have uni work to do.

OS wise - I'm debating whether to put the WM on, it's a bit drizzley out there now and don't really want to dry stuff indoors. I'll probably go food shopping today or tomorrow, I have spend £30 get £4 off voucher for Mr T's that expires tomorrow. If I go today I'll take the recycling to the tip.

Other plans for the day include probably meeting the girls for lunch, and popping to see my parents and my nan. Toyboy is away on rugby tour this weekend so won't see him, I'm hoping he comes back alive! :rotfl:

    Have a great day all

    Morning All

Congrats to Lowesy and hugs and best wishes as required, as didn't manage to catch up with the thread yesterday.

Its very busy Chez Julie at the moment as our DS and GF come home on Wednesday and will be this side of the world until about September. So the house has had a revamp makeover but very OS.

Last night we cleaned the bathroom including all the tiles DH resealed around the sink and generally gave it a spruce. Today the kitchen will be having a super clean, am going to empty all the cupboards and the downstairs loo is having a new toilet seat:D am really pleased with how the house is looking as everything has really been done cheaply and its looking much better. (I am sure my son won't notice but I bet his GF will:cool:)

Need to also make a bakewell tart today to take to my mums in Yorkshire as she is making sunday lunch tomorrow.

Bedding in the WM and fine and blowy just now so hope that will dry outside. Anyway Happy Saturday All J x

ETA just caught up with the thread, well done to you son Jools on his course and Bitsy hope the kitty is better today

    Morning all,

It's sunny here this morning, fingers crossed! :)

Congrats to Lowesy, I was quite excited last night to think of her holding that wee baby after all this wait, isn't it amazing? :D :j :j

OH and DS2 are off to the wee one's football match, DS1 and I are here chillaxing before he goes to his youth group, then I am off out I think. DH is annoying me so I think I need to put some distance between us :o We are all off to the cinema to see Pirates tonight - steady on NPM ;)

I have a washing on, and am about to dye a blind for Ds1's room, and revive a pair of my sister's trousers for her, don't know what's for dinner, we are all out during the day so will be eating on the run. In fact I have a £10 voucher and a bogof for Frankis and Benny's so might just do that on the way to the cinema!

Have a good day everyone, Camelot, hope everything is OK with you, you've been quiet this week.

    Morning all!

another late start for me! could get used to this lying in bed reading my book lark!:D

DH has taken his pigeons off for their innoculations this morning - his car wouldn't start straight away but did eventually, hope its nothing serious!

DS2 and his GF still asleep - late birthday party last night for a friend.

Housework done, WM on. Decided not to do any painting and am off to visit my sisters new flat instead!:)
We will be popping over to Wells today for a walk round.

oh I'm jealous - I think Wells is a lovely town, love walking round the cathedral grounds and Bishop's palace(I think thats what its called) Have some nice memories of holidays spent in that area with my friend Lesley(passed away nearly 3 years ago now)

Fingers crossed its dry tomorrow as my sister and me are doing a carboot to get rid of some junk - she's moving a week today and I want some cash to put towards a short break for DH and me.

have a great day all x
    Do what you love :happyhear
