AAAAAARGH naff response from seller

You will I'm afraid, and that's what the seller is playing on.
Make sure you leave a neg, and 1 star across the board when you get the refund.
Hi
I appreciate this is something you don't want to hear but rather han risk having to pay postage etc would it not be better to keep and utilise the item as best as you can!!! The second thing is if you do leave negative feedback they could and in my case have i return the negative feedback affecting your overall score!!!
I have been in the exact same position and know how wrong and frustrating this is. I bought a large lilliput lane on ebay and this product arrived smashed in many places (so there was no way i could do anything with it) The item was enclosed in a plastic bag and not all the pieces were there, i informed the seller and they immediately gave me negative feedback despite me giving them neutral. My sincere advice to you is to leave no feedback at all but never deal with this seller again. It may also be worth contacting ebay if that was the site you used.
Good luck

A seller can't leave neg fb & haven't been able to for some time. Even if they could a neg is better than losing £75. You cannot use a dressmaking dummy that doesn't stand straight, so a total waste of money.
OP if they are a business they must have their returns policy on their listings. It could be that they pay for returns postage if there's a fault or SNAF.
It will cost around £9 to send back via a courier, online tracking provided with £50 insurance so probably a lot cheaper than RM.0 -
As Hermum rightly says, sellers can't leave Neg feedback any more.
So this buyer, can quite safely leave justified Neg.
But please pursue the SNAD through paypal, (not ebay) as a wonky dressmaker's dummy is of no use whatsoever.
Good luck xx0
