It's the best way to give them a kick up the backside.

If you have had debt collection agencies chasing you, then it will have an effect on your credit rating. So you want to make sure they sort that also.
That was what I was worried about :(

Ahhh so here we are again. No email from "Sally", no call from Npower. Hey, but I did receive a letter today asking me to call their profit sharing number on 0845 070 4856. Don't really want to because no doubt Catherine Lavell will tell me once again it's being sorted and then I'll be told she has no authority or substance again.:rotfl::rotfl:

Sounds like crap! Go to the ombudsman. Kill 'em all. Whichever you prefer!

So they come on MSE to try and convince people that they care, and then they don't follow it up.

No offence, but how do you know what is going on behind the scenes? It's been less than a day since the Npower rep took the email! Things don't just resolve themselves just like that.

I realise that but in all fairness that representative has taken it on this morning! Some things just take time :( They definately should, out of politeness, get back in touch with you within a day or two though - even just to update you - and hopefully they will!

Your bill is still being processed, we can offer you £20 compensation for your fone bill:rotfl::rotfl:

Claire who is looking into your complaint will call you back tomorrow.

Lynne said....."I don't know why you're speaking to someone on a forum. It's only the executive complaint's team that will be able to get anything resolved"

After 3 years they should deal with it immediately.

I still think the ombudsman is the only way to sort this out.
