But that's only the Metropolitan line that's down.

Change to the Piccadilly Line at Rayners Lane, five stops from Hillingdon, for Central London.

And good tip on having a backup plan, thank you - hopefully it won't come to that but it's worth considering yeah. I think we're aiming to get in very early (before 9am) so hopefully won't have any troubles with the £1 (or £2 if we stay over night at all) parking fee!

Instead of taking the Metropolitan line form Hillingdon, take the Piccadilly line instead.
