Got sundays and saturdays but still not got Fridays. Not over limit on that email address so just slackness on their behalf.
Whats the limit per e-mail address? Note, i got mine on 1 meal deal on 1 receipt.
Also how much would i expect back in vouchers for 2 meal deals? (so i know i'm not over the limit)0 -
Smoked haddock ? Did you check that is in the promo?
Just checked smoked haddock fishcake is but not the smoked haddock mornay thing I picked up (was on the meal deal shelf with the other mains but obviously not included)
That's really annoying - why have they put that mains under the meal deal if it's not included?
Do you think if I went back with my receipt they would refund me the lot and I could start again?
If not hopefully I'll get my vouchers for the Turners chard?0 -

Just got back from Tesco's shop and brought 2x meal deals with the Turner's Chardonnay
I got
2 x Turners Chardonnay
Chicken & asparagus mains
Smoked Haddock mains
the rosemary roasted pots and the green veg selection
Also got 2x triple belgian choc puds
I appear to only have had 9.98 deducted on my receipt under finest meal deal so I worked out I'd be charged 27.99 for the 2x meal deals rather than 20 pounds for the 2
Can i go back to Customer services with my receipt later and recover my over charge or is it too late?
Have already entered receipt details in to online pricechecker.
I'd take the reciept back to the store ASAP, they can see what you've bought and that it should have been in the meal deal. Did you know you might get double the difference back for the mistake? Ask anyway if they don't pay it at first....
Happy moneysaving all.0 -

Brilliant! First tried on Saturday for me - 2 x meal deals & pricechecker through this morning for £11.86. Back this morning to Tesco and got 2 more - I got
2 x Finest chicken cheddar & ham
2 x rosemary roast potatoes
1 x cheese selection
1 x tartes au citron
2 x Turner Road Reserve Chardonnay
= £20 + hoping for the same £11.86 back tomorrow!
P.s - the ham hock pies were in the cabinet in our store.... also when I went on Saturday, I couldn't find the meatballs I wanted in the meal deal display and an SA tried to tell me that if it wasn't in the display, it was no longer in the promotion and all stores had their own items on meal deal promotion. I just agreed with her and went off in search of some finest meatballs in main aisle... found them, went off to wine aisle for Turner Road Chardonnay and hey presto - meal deal went through!! Have faith! I just pick a friendly till lady and say "can you just check I have picked up the right meal deal items for the £10 meal deal - I am not too sure??!! " & smile innocently... worked for me!0 -

It depends.
Was the smoked haddock actually stocked on the shelf with a sel label showing as part of the meal deal, or was it just an odd one do you think, perhaps placed there by a customer who had picked up the wrong item?
If the store has labelled it part of the meal deal they should change it and give you dtd, if it was a 'rogue' item I'm not so sure.
Also, I think there is a time limit on exchanging chilled goods..not sure what it is, so you'll need to be quick if you want to change it.0 -

Thanks - at work at the minute so will take the receipt back later and see what they say - there were definately lots of the haddock meal I brought in the meal deal cabinet so it wasn't an odd random one - how annoying0 -
