Foodie report:
Well, the rosemary potatoes were a big success, cooked them with the chicken @ 200C for 35 mins then blasted them with 250C for an extra 10 mins, spot on :T
The chicken with cheese and ham was also EXCELLENT in quality, my blasted kids said the food was better than my own and I'm a great cook lol:D:D:D:D
Chicken could also have been divided in 2 and made 2 perfectly generous family meals, there are 2 big portions there.
Coupled with sweet corn and carrots + gravy, quite a feast.
And of course, a glass of Turners!:beer::beer::beer::beer:0 -
Thanks A1cat never thought of that - just new to this price checker thing - glad of any help given :beer:0

Will this show anything on the pricechecker as it was such a good deal? Or was asda cheaper in the sense that it doesnt get checked with the discounts?0 -
actually shocked at all the voucher newbies.. where the hell were you all when DTD was on? OK so you all come swarming in for wine and meal at £4, but free and profitable alcohol and food and cleaning products etc etc didnt take yer fancy? Madness!!0

The 5% discount doesn't matter/ show.
Not sure if there is a worthwhile comparison, you have to look up the same items on asda.com and see if there is a difference0
