No Turners Chardonnay in the finest meal deal section nor the wine section. An empty space with a red sticker stating out off stock.
Are they on to this? Or just out of stock?0 -
Just done 3 meal deals with the Turners chardonnay.
Went through no problem.
Shelves full of Turners wine at my supermarket, and they have kindly put all the meal deal food together in one section ( apart from Turners )
Just a shame they kick up a stink when I try to spend my DTD vouchers in there.
I have to drive 35 miles to do that!
Cant have everything I suppose !!! :T0 -
I got 3 meal deals yesterday, my local Tesco (Worcester - Warndon) were hiding all the Turners Road on the wine aisle and not in the meal deal section, it didn't even have a special offer label on the shelf.
The actual meal deal section its self looked like a wild beast had savaged it and left a few tatty boxed cheese selections, fortunately I remembered what was in the deal and just helped myself to items that had no label's to show they was part of the offer from the finest section. All went through fine no problems, I was prepared to go argue though if they hadn't of gone through fine, I admit it was quite a relief to see the -£29.50 meal deal at the end.
My advice is get things you know are in the offer if you are prepared to argue or return items at CS, as they seem to not be playing fair.0 -
omg men ! sent oh to get a meal deal he returns with no receipt:(0

Send him back like the naughty boy he is..I've had to do this with my OH before....:D (not for a receipt...but he just can't get things right..)
If he can tell them what time he was in, roughly the till he used & what he bought, they should be able to find it & print off another.
On second thoughts though, it might be better to do it yourself in case he mucks up again.;)0 -
My store woudn't let me have the Turner chardonnay as part of the deal yesterday. I went back to the store with a screen print of the deal as shown on-line and was told different wines were included in the in-store and Turner Road was just an online special.
I called HO from the store and was told the same
