I could last a few more days as we've been living out of our store cupboard/fridge/freezer for the past 2 weeks or so :)

    Thankfully it is payday tomorrow.

ETA: Right now there's only the 2 of us to feed.

Apart from milk, fruit & veg & bread we could probably go for 6 months. Menus would be limited, but because of DD have stocks of tea, coffee, sugar, OJ, apple juice, dilute juice, pasta, beans, spag hoops, beef, pork, pringles, cheese, pasta sauces, various sauces, rice, pancake mix, jelly, biscuits, tomatoes, cereals, beer, wine, icecreams, pies, pot noodles & custard. Am sure could survive on £20 per week for at least next 6 months. Also have stocks of all household stuff & toileteies.

Several months at least, the only thing i need to go out for is milk, and fruit and veg but during the the summer even a lot of veg is outside the back door.

we would last about 8 - 12weeks, but would need to buy eggs, milk, bread and fruit/vegetables. I dont keep a lot of biscuits/crisps etc so they would run down quickly, but wouldnt be a necessity as I have plenty of baking ingredients.
I have enough cleaning products/toiletries/toilet rolls to last us about 9 months.
We go on holiday in 6 weeks so I am going to make a point of using up the stores, and put the grocery money in the holiday pot.

We're one of those households that would probably last less than a week :o Our cupboards have stuff in but it's basically flour, packets of 2p angel delight desserts (with no milk in to make them with!) and sauce mixes. What we'd survive on would be plain pasta and rice, a couple of tins of beans and instant mash with gravy. In our old house we had tons of good meals in the freezer and lots of frozen meat and veg etc, plus quite a good store cupboard but since we moved it is pretty shameful :o I can quite understand how people end up in the situation where they have nothing to feed a family or themselves with if all of their money suddenly goes walkabout. You've got me panicking now in case it happens to me and I have to post a 'how to feed me and my boyfriend for a week on 50p' thread :rotfl:

I'm actually trying to run down my freezer and use up the tins because every mother I just buy the same food which we eat and then I replace them. I don't ever use up my stock.
