I would have thought that distance selling regs allow you a time to return it.

thats what you get for having itchy fingers, maybe its the wii controller making you do it, lol.
well if you do end up buying it get a fighting game for it because i have a feeling you will be throwing things around when you relise you cant send it back, may as well be the motion controller! and get some total K.O`s
or look on ebay they selling for simmilar prices, maybe even profit;)0 -
do you think I won't be able to return it?0

Do you know if the seller is an individual or a shop selling through Amazon. Provided it hasn't been opened you will be able to return it if the seller is a shop. Not sure about if it is an individual but I would have thought you would be able to. You should be able to cancel the payment, if you're really worried then cancel the card. Hope you get it sorted!0

Someone is having a laugh for trying to sell a wii for £649, now that's just taking the p**s
Now matter how much someone wants one I cannot see them paying that much as even the ones on rip off ebay are cheaper unless you buy by mistake without noticing an over-inflated price0 -

I'm not sure they can. The product has not (at this stage) failed to arrive and is not faulty. There is no scope to return under the Distance Selling Regulations (and may not be in any event although if the seller takes credit cards then it is highly likely that it is a company) at this stage. I can't see therefore on what basis the credit card company are obliged to stop payment just because the purchaser has changed her mind.
There's an Outland Video Games in Portsmouth http://www.upmystreet.com/UK/findmynearest/computers-and-the-internet/computer-games/results/in/Portsmouth-4544.html0
