    Well done!

They are still breaching the Equality Act 2010 though because they are STILL treating you differently than a non-disabled person, who would NOT have to go to Customer Service to beg a certain time allowance in the stupid store! You are entitled to a reasonable adjustment on parking time, which is hardly a difficult arrangement for them to allow for cars using the disabled bays.

Next time I am in that store - as I have a relative in West Sussex - I might just wind the Customer Service up a little and complain about TPS and breaking the law. Or I may just try for a ticket, collect the threatograms then complain to Head Office.

The more complaints about PPCs, the better. More nails in the coffin in the hope of one day ridding this country of these scum who provide absolutely no service for the retailer nor for the customers.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi ya.. thank you for the info that you gave me though regarding the various acts. I used to know all of those inside out in my last career... one would expect me to know the DDA but to be honest, I don't like to think of myself as having a disability. I try to live as full a life as possible and get on with living life to the max. I am a young at heart and spirited woman most of the time.. but life as it does with all of us, gets me down from time to time and receiving the PCN from the wonderful and austere (ha ha) TPS just came at the wrong time... a bad week with my mum's health and the car needing repair.. you know what I mean I am sure.. but life goes on as we know and just because I have had this cancelled does not mean I am going to be complacent about these turkeys! I will be doing more with this over the next few weeks. I will still contact the person you suggested the other day about the Argus and also will make it my business to tell shoppers when over at Dunelm next time I am there .. to be mindful of their shopping time for fear of the cowboys behind the camera. I will also tell them to complain should they get a letter!

I don't know if they did really look at it from a disabled person's perspective.. I think they were worried about the noises I was 'threatening' to make as much as anything else.. they probably saw me as being a loose cannon.. the thorn in their side.. when I spouted out Watchdog, MP.. newspapers etc etc.... .. and of course the disability link would have added extra weight to the argument and raised eyebrows from the raised awareness of such bully boy tactics being thrown around willy nilly by these car parking goons (love that word!!)

Just popped in to reply to you as the next couple of days are going to be filled with playing with the sand and water table and teaching my granddaughter to ride her trike!! God knows if I will have the energy to reply to anything on Friday!! :-0

Thanks again though for everything and giving me the tools to take it one step further to victory!
