Good afternoon,
@kiorhassan - the activity you refer to is actually in breach of our Account Holder Agreement. I've pasted the relevant part below, from Section 8 - Misuse (see the part under "section b"):
Account Holders must not enter into, or attempt to enter into, any transaction with a Retailer or to gain Cashback (a) by providing personal information of someone else, or a payment method which they are not entitled to use, (b) by deceptively or unfairly exploiting a Retailers offering, or (c) in breach of any terms and conditions applied by Quidco or the Retailer to that transaction.
You can see the full version here:

It's nothing to do with profit - it's about not adhering to the terms and conditions of cashback and that's why we take it seriously, along with Tesco. I'm not here to argue with customers or to discuss this any further, as I have made the current situation very clear for all of you. Those with genuine purchases just need to raise a missing cashback claim.
Kind regards,
JulesOfficial Company Representative

Jules, This thread is not about encouraging people to apply for insurance with incorrect details. It’s about how to get a good deal on insurance with the possibility to make a profit, if you wished to cancel in 6 months. Customers are well within their rights to cancel. This last bit is what Tesco is dismayed of. In any open forum thread, you will have a few people making inappropriate comments, but this is the nature of the media. It is difficult to police.0 -
Exactly, Tesco have made it clear they don't like savvy customers ie ones that can see through their offers and make them work for them instead of for Tesco.
If the people at Tesco actually employed some brains they would say subject to a 12 month period of insurance same with the other offers that Tesco have cocked up and shot themselves in the foot with like DTD0 -

But whether you'll manage to get Quidco to pay up is a different matter entirely, as this thread (one of many complaining about Quidco not paying up) might illustrate:

yikes - I took out tesco insurance with this offer (correct info etc) and to be honest I'm inclined to cancel. If the cash back and voucher aren't 100% guarenteed then there's no way of knowing if Tesco's insurance is going to be cheapest for me.
back to the comparison websites I think!
oh and it's a pain in the wotsits to have to cancel stuff. naughty tesco.0 -
Nice idea like it0
