Refused job application due to IVA

It's generally in your contract that yes, they could sack you if you don't maintain your finances in good order.
I was lucky with my IVA, my manager appealed to HR and I was able to stay on, but if I'd opted for bankruptcy, as Debt Free Direct advised, I would have been sacked there and then.I am employed as a manager in a financial services institution. My views are entirely my own.0
