Ok, thanks anyways. But could you please tell me the link where I can find the regulation you mentioned above if possible, please ?0

But Taiko, I thought you said in one of the post that : I will need to provide a proof of my ILR documentation and that you will take a view? I was surprise to read that you have change your mind. I am harmless, and I need someone to help so that this can be sort out. I dont want to wait for another year in UNI before I finish my studies. I would be happy if you can help me. I am a kind of guy who do not give up easily. I am sure something is wrong in their judgement.
If you can help me, pls do so. Then, if you can not help too, I will assume that God made me to post on this website so that you can give me a hint that I may be eligible for fund, which in my sense I believe that I am, then I will carry my fight to the next level untill victory is mine.0 -
Firstly, there's no God.
I would take a view, in line with the regulations, but I am not staff of SFE, therefore cannot do it. I merely provide guidance, based on the interpretation of The Education (Student Support) Regulations. The guidance I have given is accurate, it's your responsibility to follow this through in your comments to SFE.
Now where's this bloody rapture...0 -

He means you need to provide the evidence to the funding body, not to him personally.0 -

Right, that is ok if you think there is no God. I was not even forcing you to think there is God or not. But I am sure that there is God.
On the issues on the IRL, I thin mis understood what you said. It would be very grateful if you can provide that link for me. It will really help me.
Thanks for your time, and thanks for everything really.0 -
I think I got it online now.
Thanks Taiko.0 -
Seriously guys just go to citizens advice bereu, they're free and give you legal advice. Please don't sit there worshipping some random guy claiming to be all knowing who gets pleasure out of speaking to you like dirt when your nice guys just wanting advice. Taiko - there are much more intelligent people out there and copy and pasting regulations will not help nor will letting people think your some kind of solicitor who will read all there documents and sort it out for them ( their mistake I know but you should have not led them on) and DO NOT question people and their religious beliefs because you feel you have SOME authority or something - jeez were you bullied at school or something- your so lame!0

You signed up to to say that?
I very much doubt CAB are going to be any help when it comes to student finance.0 -

As Lokolo said above, CABs do not really assist with student finance, especially not in this case where there seems to be more complicated circumstances.
CABs do not give legal advice, at least not here. They will refer you to a local solicitor or law centre, who also wouldn't know about student finance.0 -
It seems that your divorce triggered the funding rejection. Which sort of implies that the funding people think you were only eligible because you were married. So you need to prove that you are eligible and that the divorce is irrelevant to your eligibility.
Taiko has provided the regulations under which you are eligible, so you need to show these to the funding people and get them to look at your case again.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
