A great deal from currys - could be a mis-price? Anyway go to www.currys.co.uk (via quidco, TCB..... ofcourse) and search 634872. It is £499.98 but there are codes for free postage & £50 off on the voucher board & oh HUKD where I found the deal (thanks!) FORGOT TO STATE THE IMPORTANT BIT - IT'S HD READY

Dont think its a mis-price, looks like discontinued stock judging by the price ending in 98.
Good find though, but I think i'll pass on this one after reading the review.0 -

So if thats based on it being £1,250 this looks to be a mega bargain. Doesn't come out to badly on the review at all really! Think I am going to go for one and see what happens
If it is the wrong price or they have sold out I will have saved £450, If I get one I will have a huge TV to watch wallace and gromit on this crimbo :T :j :j0 -
Me too. I like the idea, but would probably spend all day wishing I'd paid just that little bit more.....wonder if it'll fit in the bedroom though!

Exactly. Id probably pay the extra few hundred and get this SONY 42" Tv.0 -
That's a rear projection model, which would be huge, is it not?0

To be fair they are completely different. At the end of the day £450 is a brilliant price, if your not on a budget and want a tv that will blow you away so to speak, this is not right for you. However, if you are on a budget or want a tv for the bedroom..... you can't go wrong.:j :j0 -
