PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. I've just looked at the thread title again and realised it must be a typo, obviously it should be 10am not 10pm for the first email. Now I get what you are trying to say!0

I think I'll start going to bed at 9.30PM every night and if anyone tried to wake me I'll claim harassment or something :A
I edit academic books, and because I work from home I often email authors at odd times, on a Sunday, or late at night thinking that they will pick up their email on the next working day. Now that everyone's got Blackberrys and home access to emails etc, I'm finding that the authors often respond straight away, or that they are on holiday replying to my text from the beach, which is a bit embarassing because I never meant to disturb them on their days off.0 -
some of you smart MSE posters will get all three and some none - amazing how the cheapo conveyancers refuse all emails, I'd tear my hair out

My bad spelling...well I rush type these opinions on my own time, so sorry, but they are free.:o0 -
Don't worry about the typos, Timmy, they add some much needed humour!
Your gain from the 'explosion of work' is our gain too. It's the poor clients who have my sympathy!0 -

I can understand about the typos because you wouldn't believe how much time I spend spell checking - and still make mistakes. Perhaps I shouldn't spend so long doing that! For instance I have typed "ganet" for agent", which is rather cruel....RICHARD WEBSTER
As a retired conveyancing solicitor I believe the information given in the post to be useful assuming any properties concerned are in England/Wales but I accept no liability for it.0
