You can't change it from a mutual to an NPB widelats, you just close it as soon as it allows you to close it and reclaim your fees. If meanwhile buyer responds and indicates they do want the item then you are stuck.

It's been a while since I did a mutual though so I suggest you read the small print all the way through and make sure you don't close it too early and lose your fees.

From the way shes wrote it, i can claim my fees from closing this case the right way, but if not i can fall back on the non paid dispute.

This person won't pay i knew soon as they bought it a week ago.

No read it again it says nothing at all about opening a new dispute, anyway you know all this as it is covered in your other thread:

Note that to receive a Final Value Fee credit you must select 'I want to
end communication with the buyer' at this point. If you select 'The
buyer and I have completed this transaction successfully', you won't
receive a Final Value Fee credit.

Exactly, if you select the wrong one you lose your fees and since you cannot then open a full NPB you are stuck. so just wait until it can be closed safely and you can get your fees back. Then at that point you also qualify for a relist credit.

EDIT: This unpaid item case has been closed
You will receive a final value fee credit and the unpaid item will be recorded on the buyer's account.
