The best price I've found for megaman is from this ebay shop:-
http://stores.ebay.co.uk/DBA-ELECTRIC
I was ordering 10 and contacted them and got an extra pound off per bulb.
I think thats to expensive, only a year and a half ago i bought 3 9w gu10 bulbs for £4.50 each, candle bulbs were £4 for 7w. It just a shame the shop doesnt stock megaman bulbs anymore.0 -
I'm just painting my dining room Aged White.........with the lights switched on it turns Apple Green
I knew I should have just bought a huge tub of magnolia for a fraction of the price :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
Can anyone tell me the best (cheapest) place to buy low energy 11w (= 60w) candle bulbs with standard bayonet fitting?
(Mostly seem to be 7w and 9w that I can find)
Thanks.0 -
Asda do a good range of bulbs including the small ones and spot lights. £1.34 each in store.0

Hi just wanted to say thanks for the Morrisons tip, popped in there after work today and got 6 bulbs for under £3!! Fitted out my whole flat!
While they take a couple of minutes to 'warm up' theres no noticable difference.
Thanks again!:dance:0 -
Asda have a great promotion offer on there low energy light bulbs at the min. Only 99p and its..... Buy one, Get One FREE!!! now that has to be a bargain. Unless you know a cheaper option? Happy shopping. lyndyloo.0

The Morrisons offer will end when they run out of the stock they bought in for this promotion, identifiable by the E.ON logo on the packaging.
John Lewis will be matching this promotion by selling the bulbs at 49p each, until Morrisons stocks run out.0 -
Quick question.. Maybe stupid I'm not sure..
Is there so such thing as an energy saving bulb that can be dimmed?
The only ones I've ever used on a dimmer switch don't dim but flicker..I would have used my own initiative if someone would have told me to!0 -
