Pleasantly surprised to receive outfit and free gift from Vertbaudet on Saturday. Both are very nice. However am still awaiting another item, which had shown as in stock. No indication of when it might arrive.

Placed an order on the 16th (my 1st ever order with Vertbaudet), order confirmation received, but no despatch email & I've just logged into my account & its says order pending. Hmmmm do we think this order will be cancelled or just take a day & an age to arrive?? Shame really as I needed it for a Christening on Sunday (

My order (mattress protector & polo shirt) arrived this morning along with the melamine gift set. Spotted the car driving down the street and twigged it was one of those self employed drivers so you've never seen anyone run upstairs, pull on jeans and a t-shirt so quick and pretend that I hadn't been having a nice lazy morning when I opened the door!

I have to agree that the items have been slow coming out. However, they are probably rushed off their feet with MSe customers lol
I just wanted to say that, I needed to exchange items for larger sizes for LO, so I emailed them and they replied asking you to call customer services as they would have to refund original etc... I started to worry then as we had offer prices etc :eek:
Rang them this morning, and they were fantastic. Very helpful, and sorted it immediately. 10 out of 10 for customer service. I have also had an email each time payment has been taken, and items dispatched ( several came separately) Very happy, thanks OP, and well done Vertbaudet! :T

This offer is back on with the code 4624. A £20 spend entitles you to £15 off with free deliver too(new customers) Not to be used on the 'happy price' items' or items already reduced. Can be used for different emails for same address
