My order arrived yesterday, but no free gift and the £10 had not come off the price. I rang them, they deducted the £10,offered me another free gift as the one i chose was not in stock. Good customer service i found.

i made a order and chose to pay with invoice in parcel, i didn't realize this automatically sets up a credit account has this happened to anyone else

Can anyone tell me if there is a code for £15 off when you spend £20 at La Redoute please? I can only see the £15 off £30?
There are a couple of things I want that are 'full price' and not sale price as on the other site...enabling use of the code...if that makes sense?!
