I put discounted items in and it wouldn't take it off.

i cant understand what i am doing wrong, i have no sale intems or items on exclusion list, every tiem i enter code it says to log in to varify, so i log in then it says : The promotion generated a log, Documents inclusion/Amount limit not attained

and i keep going round in circles

Are you sure you have not selected any 'Happy Price' items as they are not included in the offer.

This is a nightmare to work got no happy price nor reduced items how do you tell what is a web exclusive or star product the 2 things i've put in say Summer favourites and it doesnt work. Trying to find stuff full price is really hard too
