I didn't want to look at this post as I am skint BUT the free gift is SOOOOOO lovely I couldn't resist it!!

I had trouble putting the order through online as well so I rang the CS number and they put it through for me

I ordered the bath toys and bath net as well so thanks for the tip miss emmajane

Cost me £9.99 inc postage and free gift which is so worth it I reckon AND the other code for £15 off £20 worked but will wait to use that another time :j

Now I just have to NOT think about spending money I don't have and look forward to receiving the items...

It usually shows in your kiddybank as pending 24-48hrs and they send you an email to say its a new purchase via kidstart BUT some companies seem to take longer to show, the longest ive known is 2 weeks, it can take a couple of months to clear though and they hold it til theres £10 or more to transfer to your chosen bank account! Hope i've explained it ok.

Didn't manage to open a new account as have used all my email addresses ordering from them before (and hubbys and my mums!!) but used the £15 off next order for a lampshade I really wanted for my sons room which was £25 (plus £3.99 p&p) and got it for £13.99 delivered so I'm happy thanks!

Might have to try to get a new email address and order matching car duvet!!!

It said that on mine too but free delivery is only on orders over £60.

OK, the £15 isn't even coming off at payment stage either, even though it accepts the code and shows 'free gift, £15 off etc'.

What am I doing wrong?

If you have any sale items or 'Happy Price' items in your basket the code won't work.
