Recent posts on the Fred have reminded me of an ancient and venerable Frog I'm going to have to tackle sooner or later.... new bras.:(

I've been [STRIKE]prefarra[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]previrri[/STRIKE] putting it off for probably more than two years now.

Problem I have is that I need Mr LW's assistance with bras, which makes shopping for them a mite problematic.

The good news is that my aging 32Bs now pretty much fit me again (I was using extenders and falling out of the front before I lost two and a half stone) so hopefully I don't have to panic too much about the size.:D

  • Free returns from M&S online, LW. So if you don't like them, they go straight back in the post.

Hmmm. New wolfy lingerie and a new, improved slimline ladywolf.

Better check Mr LW's aerobic fitness is up to scratch :D

So why didn't one of you point out that the 'small job' of moving the shelving unit from one side of the desk to the other and sliding the desk along about 18" also meant moving all the stuff under the desk and on the shelving and two notice boards and a couple of wall charts and and and (you get the idea)???

    Stopped for a :coffee:

    Would you have listened? :rotfl:

Just think how much better you will feel when it is done, and you have a shiney new study and sewing room? Like moving house but without the cost and the hassle!

Which reminds me, hope the move has gone well for you Seafarers wife and that you have stopped purchasing all of BnQ!

WM, TD, BM, SC all on and the washing up done as well as a quick tidy up in the livingroom :D Doesn't sound like much, but teaching DD to use the BM means standing over her while she does it still, and then cleaning up the spilt flour but she's getting better each time she does it. :D

Now I'm going to go and do some more washing juggling and make some decisions as to what to do next & cook for tea...

    Hello!

I've been lurking for a lickle while and thought I'd say hi :)

I was just wondering, I know this is a daily list, but do you all actually do it on the specified days, or do you mix/match, do three days worth at once at all? What works the easiest for you?

I live with my parents and once upon a time my mum used to be really houseproud and so much as a speck of dust was shouted at and shown the door :P

As she's got older and her health isn't as good anymore, she cares less and can't do as much. We all work full time, and so housework tends to get pushed to the side. I've tried to keep the house nice, but it's like fighting against an incoming tide sometimes. You can't really tell your parents off for making things untidy/not clearing away their mess when it's their house! :P When it was me and mum worked together it was a two-fold attack against Dads mess hehehe

As a result I also find it impossible to clean/tidy while they're around as they keep getting under my feet, or if I for example decide to gut the kitchen, they'll decide at that moment that the kitchen is the one place they *have* to be in!

I was just wondering if anyone's got any tips? I've noticed some of you have kids my age, and therefore may be around their age and maybe you could have some ideas on how I can get them onside? Mums eyesight isn't as good anymore either, so just doesn't "see" the dust/grime.

I just want to help and make the house nicer to live in, but I don't want to put their backs up doing so. Bah.
