Started off sunny but clouding over now and I'm not expecting great things from the temperature.
Plan for the day
Food shop - unpack
Library - return and borrow
Try a small re-arrange in study. See what difference it makes.
Get on with a craft project - needs finishing for a present:o0 -
:hello:Hi to all my flylady friends!!
I have been flying a bit this week - did all the downstairs on Wednesday, and a bit of upstairs on Friday. Mostly I've been gardening and running around at school in GCSE/reports/INSET/panic mode.:D
One week till halfterm, when hopefully, I'll have more time to pop in and keep up with the goss.
ps - re bras. Recently went with DD to Debenhams to be measured (even though she's 19, she likes me along!). She's 28DD/E. They have a range of bras that include this size, and we bought the only two in stock which I thought were pretty rather than too sexy, but brightly coloured rather than pastel, so not great for under school blouses, although I have to say that isn't something that seems to bother the girls I teach. Sigh.
Love and hugs, especially for Lady-liberty - hope you're are very happy in your new home, whatever the circumstances surrounding the move - toots, and lamewolf.
:hello:Hi dusty, hex, greenbee, AnW's mum!!It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
They were never good at sharing anything!!!
I've not seen any bras in the girls ranges that are hugely padded TBH.. ladies ones often are.. I know the girls ranges do up to a C cup in M&S.. they def. don't do D though as DD1 had to get the ladies ones.. we found tesco bras nice for her.. I found it is best to find out the stores delivery days and go then.. even if it is after school.. they sell really quickly.
or order online (with quidco) and send back the ones that don't fit right!
I checked online and they only had A and AA in the girls section so will have to look in store.
Like Serena we found some in Debenhams last time but that was still a bit big. Will look in there when we pop to M&S.
Thanks all for suggestions.
On the cleaning front.
Done bathroom, but DS3 been up most of night with a cold so I'm feeling shattered now. Will do dinner and then collapse I think.0 -
Morning all.
Didn't take long to fall asleep on the sofa last night and I only knew that DH had come home when he told me that my cuppa was ready. Up at 8.20 this morning, but I haven't done much yet.
Plan for today:
HHC in DS1's room - bed and other bits
finish birthday/food shopping - make list first (need to find someone to look after DS2 - wonder if my friend has her twin grandchildren and could do with his help)
school work
HW with DS2
lunch
tea
more laundry - sort, wash, dry, put away, get ready for tomorrow
run and empty DW
whatever flying I can manage
Best make a start, then. Have a lovely Sunday, everyone.
ETA No idea what to do for tea. Didn't buy a joint to roast and don't know when DS1 is due back from Liverpool. Whatever I choose, it's got to be quick and easy to do (or see to itself). DH hates chicken, so that narrows it down.0 -

Hi L-L - good to see you postingGlad the move wasn't too bad.
Ah... that was me on Friday before the fun (!) with the blocked rubbish chute. Sadly, some piles of stuff ended up back on the floor but at least it was a vacuumed carpet and the floordrobe had been rehomed. Having another go today as I'm sure there is stuff in the cupboard that can go on ebay... or to the charity shop
dear LL, I still have at least one box of stuff that needs to be unpacked after *ahem* years:o not to mention the stuff still at my mums...‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

Food shop done - and saved money (too early to buy alcohol):rotfl:
List written for library
Now having a coffee before next bit.0 -
Morning,
I've been to Mr T and done the plastic recycling. The only thing not collected here.
Very grey day and very windy.
Am just unpacking and making a brew, and eating a Belgian bun.
WM on then I must vac and change our bed. DH out in his lycra so more washing later.

If you go through Quidco online, there's extra cashback; but here's the link straight to the collection

Thank youGood old M&S, thats where I get mine from, and thanks to the videos on the site DD is no longer refusing to go and get measured for one :j Although now she wants the tom boy style sets...this could work out more expensive then buying mine!
Funnily enough ASDA George do a good range of bras these days....even have them in my size 34HH....and reasonably priced.
I'm a 42G (last time I was measured) and our one doesn't stock my size unless I want Jordon balcony or padded and laced and bright colour ones  It would appear the everyone round here is a size 12-16 so they prodominately stock that size clothing. If I find something in my size its a miracle and I buy it! This is why I'm starting Slimming World, I need to loose weight so I can buy clothes easier as well as for my health:oCreeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Just wanted to stop by and say hi.
Thank you again to everyone who offered support when MoneySavingDiva died.
I just wanted to say how touched I was to see that Sonja is still being spoken of and remembered here in the weekly threads.
I know there is a small band of us who still light candles (two days goes by very quickly!). If you have lost the link you can get to it via www.sonjaecampell.co.uk
Best wishes and thank you again.
Ian
I still think of her everyday, and I know Ali does too.
We talk about her a lot as well:rotfl:
Sounds ridiculous from one who is a complete non-believer but....I honestly believe she is watching over me. Anytime I feel like something is going wrong, she is there to fix it, something comes out of the blue to make it better:o:j
I light a candle when my stupid brain reminds me, I havent done one for a while:D
She was and always will be in my heart:heartpuls
And I know I can say that for Ali too ( cos she is still netless:()
Jinks and L-L
:kisses3:
although I see she did manage to post ^^^^ up there, to make me look stupid:mad::mad::p:p:p:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0 -
