Oreo cookies not as described -- how shall I proceed?

I'm looking for some advise with regards to a recent purchase me & my partner made. Yesterday we decided to nip to Tesco Express after seeing an advert on TV for the new oreo biscuit. We purchased a packet & a pint of milk, took it home extremely exited about the prospect on "twisting, dunking, licking" (as per the advert)…
