I like to see a seller mark the item dispatched when they have posted my item so i can work out how long it will take to arrive and wait in for it.

And as a buyer, I wouldn't leave you feedback until you had. Stalemate
Well as a seller I sell goods for money and not feedback so I can not say I would be overly bothered. Although it is nice to know that a buyer is happy.

Funny what a couple of you are saying about the postage being printed in paypal marks ebay as dispatched, I have bought something at 6pm today, and it was marked as dispatched at just before 9pm today.

It all depends on the account settings of the seller.

There is more to being a good buyer than simply paying IMO. A buyer paid me within minutes and then went on to email me the next day asking why she had not received her item. I explained it had been posted (within 8 hours of her payment being received) but as she had selected second class post it would be a couple of days for delivery. She then emailed me 4 times the following day. When she did receive the item (a whole 3 days after buying it) she left me a neutral stating it was slow delivery!!

Sounds to me like your selling for Feedback.
