Every time i go in to phones you for, it starts off with what i want and they always try and over sell and put me on something higher i wanted a n97 (Big mistake) for £20 a month he tried getting me up to £40/£45 a month going on for ages how it would be a better deal!

Basically, I want an iPad 2 so want to get as much cash off them as possible, don't care about the phone/deal I have to take particularly. worked there myself a while back, so I know all about taking insurance and cancelling and overstating the need to pay off old contract...
Online is advertising £375 without any trade-in... so surely I ought to be able to wangle a good £450 instore with a trade-in?

THats really bad price, about 6 months ago they gave me £130 for mine
