Cancelation Rights

A few days ago I took out a 24 month contract with Tesco mobile, for £20 a month I got a phone and call/text/data package.

I've tried to use my phone a fair bit over the past few days, the download speeds have been pathetic and I can barely access the internet without it crashing every couple of minutes and my ap downloads have failed. The whole network seems to be down today and I can't make calls as it just keeps saying the network is busy.

I know you have a 14 day cooling off period but what exactly are my rights. I have obviously used the phone and made some calls and been online. If I want to cancel the contract what will happen? Will I have to keep the phone and pay for it as it has been used or can that go back? Will have to pay a full month for what I have used or will they charge me PAYG rates for what I have used? I like the phone itself just the network seems rubbish, I would pay full price for the phone if it wasn't locked onto the Tesco network.

Any advice would be appreciated.
