Awwww, that's good news about babba's heart :) I seem to remember eating lots of spinach salad during my pregnancy too! The other advice I was given was to continue with normal life, don't stress, don't overdo things but also not to take to my bed as maintaining good circulation was important.

And don't Google! My opinion is that you can read more bad news/stories because those people have time to post and it's part of their grieving process; those of us with good results don't have that much time to post as we're busy looking after our lovely (small) babies :D

I recall my midwife telling me that if you drink Fresh Orange Juice when you eat your Spinach/ingest iron your body will ingest iron from the food more easily.

I get anaemia and it's definitely meant to be the case that if you take Vitamin C it helps iron absorption. Always take my iron with orange juice!

Thank goodness. You must be so relieved. :A

I know it's easier said than done but try not to stress about it. Look at all the good news stories on this thread. :)
