Well..... i thought i left being conned out of 10,000 points but it appears that I have been credited today. They gave me a new nectar card and said the points would be on it shortly.

PS It appears I can close the card and move all the points to my existing card according to the website FAQ! Nice one nectar.

Hold on to your points, I thought I read an article by Martin saying sometimes Nectar stores cash in points at double value.

Adams did a promotion last summer where 500 points was worth £7.50 instead of the usual £5 (or £2.50 in Sainsbury's etc). You had to specifically send off for them during certain dates; actually, there were other promotions going on at the same time but this was the best one (if you have kids to buy stuff for, obviously).

No doubt if/when Nectar do similar promotions again, someone will post it here on MSE :money:
