Not keen on Polar Ford in Wakefield as there used to be a right idiot of a salesman in there that offered me £20 for my car once (that was when they were on Barnsley Road) and don't go back now. Went to the one in Castleford today and saw the salesman who I had spoken yesterday too and he allready knew I only wanted the points. Sat me down took copy of licence, filled in card and the 10000 points were mine. I even took the guys card as he was really nice for next year when we should be looking for a new car.

I think the promotion is not supported by all Ford dealers. However if you phone your local ford dealer & put a good chat with them they might do the 10000 points. You will still need to do the test drive though.

I phoned up my local dealer about the promotion. They say they would do the promotion though they are not advertising it. It took about 30 minutes for the test drive. So I bagged £50 to spend at Adams Kids.

500 points is worth £2.50 in Debenhams and Argos but £5.00 in Adams children's clothing store.

I phoned our local dealer in Derby who weren't participating in the promotion (too much hassle to arrange a 'loss leader' test drive?) but the nice lady suggested I come down and she'd swipe my card for me!
Just returned home...10 000 points to be credited in the next 28 days and happy husband had chance to drool over the original Aston Martin used in Goldfinger! :j
