Why should I be out of pocket for a faulty item & receive extremely poor customer service and just accept that??
If everybody accepted what the retailer says there would be no point in having consumer rights would there??

And several hours on the phone, laptop, e-mails & inconvenience.
I'm sorry but my question was if anyone had advice of how I can claim back out of pocket expenses, which I am entitled to.
Not what other people "think" I should or should not claim or how I use my laptop.
Yes I want my money back but it is a major inconvenience having to wait 4 weeks for that to happen so if I am going to have to do this then I want to claim everything I am entitled to.
If you do not agree to anyting I am doing or have done then that is your opinion however that is not the question I have asked.
