http://www.lloydstsb.com/rates_and_charges/current_account_future_rates.aspReading some of the posts in this thread, have I misunderstood what's happening on 27 June? I've 3 vantage a/cs each with £7k and I was planning to move the excess and leave £5k in each a/c at 4%. Is the 4% rate changing as well?0

Thanks for the info about the Incentive Saver - i'll be on the phone immediately!
But i don't understand TheMatrix's and mrs T's problems with cycling the £1000 - just set up standing orders between the three accounts all to happen on the same day each month and it works without you having to do anything.0

i have just set up a second vantage and wondered if can transfer £1k in between them same day or best to transfer in one day then transfer back out the next day?0

Be careful, because if you want 3% for more than a year, you might be better off keeping the vantage accounts alive. The incentive saver drops to 1.6% after 12 months.0

Interest rates may well rise in the next year too, as inflation drops. You never know what's going to happen. In which case they may well go back up to 4%+ One can hope!!!
On similar note, what was said on the phone was the incentive saver is 3% fixed for 12 months, today I had confirming letter saying account is opened at 3% variable
I'll re-evaluate what I have in the incentive saver nearer the time, and if it becomes prudent to revert back to the vantage accounts I will.0

One question with this "incentive saver", is interest paid monthly?0
