    In any case there is nothing to lose by trying. If they are not happy they will simply ring/email to ask if you want to pay the extra by card or order something different. You won't lose the voucher as you have paid for it.

    Did you have to add the free scarf to thr basket for this to work? - I used the code and got 15% off when opening an account for OH ;) and there was no scarf showing on my order details?

    I just opened a new account, too, in the hope that I might get the scarf, but nothing was showing in the order. Let's wait and see? It might be a nice surprise.

    I was going to order the children some clothes, but instead I treated myself to the peony satchel. I already have the spotty one from last season, and love it!

    My bank account isn't showing any payments to Living Social at all at the moment. I had a free one but they've cancelled that one. I bought three and the other two that weren't free have gone through ok despite using the same card for both. I wish I'd realised so I could have used different cards! I've just made my Boden order with the 15% off. The free scarf wasn't shown anywhere for me either. All in all this could cost me anything from £12.85 + free scarf to £33, no free scarf. Or maybe they'll cancel the whole order, or just allow one voucher so I have to pay the £25.
    This isn't working out as well as I expected.

    They've cancelled mine and all bought from my link. I am livid and will be phoning their customer services today. This was because a family member bought one using my card as they didn't have one on them. They have their own Boden account so it's not like I was using it on mine. Grrrr.

    Who has cancelled: LivingSocial or Boden?

    My LivingSocial is still showing the voucher in my account and Boden has sent an Order Confirmation and has taken the £3.90 from my bank account which I took to mean it had gone through, although I haven't received the despatch email from Boden yet.

    To the earlier posters: if you are a genuine new customer then the free scarf will show on your despatch confirmation. If you google 'NC15 Boden Free Scarf' and click on google images you should get a pic of the scarf.
  • i chanced my luck and tried to buy 4, first two seem to have gone through ok, second voucher i bought as a gift so also technically ok
    the other two i used different names, emails and differnet cards for, for different members of my family, so i'm assuming livingsocial were checking against billing addresses

    Living Social cancelled mine. Different names, email addresses and even a different card now I have checked. I think they've done it on billing address. All they've said is it was breaking the rules so they have cancelled all purchases apart from the original one.

    I am sorry to hear that. I guess they are guarding against people who might try to earn a free deal by referring 'themselves' to use their own link. Good to know this though. I often send links to my sister and her husband who live in the same house (obviously) but have separate accounts to feed their individual addictions for Boden etc. I didn't refer this one to them so saved myself the embarassment if they had had their deals cancelled just for sharing a billing address!

    Although I understand that I broke the rules, it's ridiculous that two people living at the same address can't buy the deal. I still think it's strange that you can't use the same card on two accounts though. I'm always paying for things with my card when a family member owes me money or for a present.

    i agree aslk, i think the rule that you can only use one voucher per order is fair because boden are getting the benefit of people spending more than £25 and paying the extra - the way their items are priced makes it difficult to just spend the voucher without buying extra. but i don't see the problem in two people at the same address buying a voucher, especially when on different cards and different emails

    anyway... i just popped on to say i've had a despatch email from boden using the nc15 code so i'm thrilled
