Boden £25 to spend and free delivery for £11

I had to return the items I bought with my Living Social code as they were too big.

I spent two lots of £25.50 and Boden have only refunded me for the 50 pences spent on my debit card, nothing for the gift vouchers :eek:. Anyone else had this problem?

As the Living Social vouchers acted like Gift Vouchers, you were probably refunded them as credit on your Boden account. Call them to check. They wouldn't refund this amount to you as you never actually paid them it. Boden customer services are usually very friendly. Also I think the LS vouchers may have had a use by date so it's worth checking and re-ordering so you don't lose out.

I emailed them and they said the credit had been applied to my account, but wouldn't show up on theorders page. They told me to mention the credit in the special instructions box when ordering. I have placed an order for some of the lined skate pants that my sons love (from the autumn preview) I hope the waists are a bit smaller on these trousers

It was before they were doing the 25% off everything code, I had found a £25 off £100 spend code, so I put £100 stuff in my basket, it immediately deducted £25, I added my 2 x £25 voucher codes, so I only had £25 to pay as it was also free delivery.

Just check my account and they have only taken the £25 as expected.

Dead chuffed as have had £152 of gear (4 vouchers) for only £60 cash (11+11+11+0 vouchers, 1+1+25 cash)

Oh yes nearly forgogt, got TCB too :T
