I think you will get one of them free, so I assume that they will refund one? Or maybe they only reserve the money on credit cards until they send out the vouchers so when it comes to actually taking the money they will take £11 less than you ordered.

I'm hoping too the reciept attached to the first voucher I bought for me stated that it had been paid using this card etc so I hop the other voucher for my hubby will be the free one thanks for your help xx

Just to confirm that my order went through with the 15% code as well as the £25 voucher, so leggings @ £19 and vest top @ £15 came to £34 - 15% - £25 = £3.90. £1.63 has also tracked with TCB. Tonight, at least, Boden is officially cheaper than Primark! :D

Thanks again to the OP and those who used my link! :)

When you pay with a credit/debit card, your bank usually puts a temporary hold on the funds at the point of authorisation. The money only actually leaves your bank at the point the vendor actually claims it, and if the money isn't claimed the transaction disappears around 3 days later.

I'm guessing this is what has happened here because the 'free' voucher only became free retrospectively, when your code had been used 3 times. At the point that you 'purchased' each code, your bank would have pre-authorised them as with any other purchase.
