How about trying to broaden your tastebuds, just imagine you are DS and you have to be presented with a new food at least 20 times in order to accept it ;)

How about chicken in red wine with mushrooms, not a really thick sauce, gives a nice flavour and you can "sieve" the chicken and mushrooms from the SC with a slotted spoon.

Cod and chorizo parcels - basically cod portions with thinly sliced chorizo sausage with some veg, wrapped in foil and roasted in oven.

Chicken breast smothered in wholegrain mustard and cooked in oven, a little bit spicy but not quite in a vindaloo range ;)

Will you eat anything in say a tomato based sause at all?
Other than that I am drawing a blank :rotfl:

We have just finished my Chinese chicken wing leftover concoction. I put the millet in with the sauce and chicken and added peppers, celery & walnuts. I was trying to make a sort of millet risotto. It was OK but not to be repeated I think. Certainly not added to the list of favourites :)
Lou - can't recommend this although it has chicken and veg it has garlic! Anyway it wasn't great. x

Tappers - halight has been on FB this week so is still alive!

I feel icky :( like I have a cold coming, hope not cos I have date with Toyboy Sat night!!

Had a good day in work despite being ill, had my appraisal and got a 'very good' mark, which means I am in the top 5% of my company :D and only one in my office to get that mark. Sadly it only equates to about a 2% pay increase, but that's better than nowt!

OS wise - dinner from freezer - 2 different curries and some rice.

Going to cwtch in on sofa and try to will myself better

    jacket potato

i'm going to give roasted peppers ago... i like peppers so they're not going to taste any different roasted...i hope :rotfl:
