Hello perfectly timed. I am deciding whether i should vacuum or make the spare bed or sort clothes. I have slept today. Great feeling.

Slept some too - I was exhausted and needed it.

Night time is the hardest which is why I have a list of distractions for tonight.

I find sorting stuff good.

Me too. I have to vacuum now though. It wont take long.

I slept for 2 hours from 4-6. Felt great. Nightmare at the end as i was hypo but not too bad. I feel much better. Have a headache though.

Do you watch tv? I have a tv in my bedroom now and i keep it on before i sleep. I dont think i have ever watched a murder mystery all the way through still they help me to sleep.
