It is nearly 1am in the morning and i am going to watch tv in bed. No work prep to do tomorrow. I will tidy and reflect on today.

I will learn not to stress about the past as I dont help the situation and today i have hurt someone along the way. A thoroughly unpleasant feeling but i hope it will make me a better person.

Morning. I didn't dream last night I can't remember i slept at 3 and when i was tired I thinking i had turned into one of the pigs from Animal Farm when they invite the humans in. I will stabilise my sugars I will and be logical and wise.

It is Sunday and quite beautiful and bright outside. Aesop I hope you can do lots of revision. Susan i hope it is a better day for your mam too.
