    HL, I haven't read either. I can't read counselling books they go over my head. I will try to find the one by Elizabeth West though as it might change my life.

    Me too my eyes look like blooming lychees. Hope they calm down before work. You are in good company petal. We cry on here, we laugh on here, I rant too and learn to moneysave. It is a safe place.
