    COUPON OF THE WEEK:

You can print off this coupon http://www.letsplaygenerator.com/downloads/coupons/J0859%20nsp_dettol_A4_coupon_01.pdf which will give you £3 off the new Dett0l No-Touch Hand Wash System which costs £9.99 but is currently half price at Tesco (for next 4 weeks), so using the coupon, you will get this for £1.99. As this is a pdf coupon you can print as many aas you need, but it does state one coupon per item and one coupon per customer ;);) but going in another day and buying another one would be OK :p

AND I have been reliably informed that you can refill it with other hand wash rather than buy the £3 refills ;);)

SW - HERE something for you

definitely worth reading SW. There are people who have commented on there they have followed the low carb and it worked for them, regulated the sugar levels more

Afternoon all - happy studying Marru and hope all goes well at hospital Aesop

Very mixed day here up North weather-wise - one minute brilliant sunshine, then dark cloud, and a little rain ..... or and it's windy too ;)

Getting myself ready for moving day tomorrow - my neice and family arrive back at Newcastle airport about 2/2.30 pm and I am staying at my sister's tonight before my train home on Friday - so got to get my stuff together and start tidying the house - my neice is very particular, but not in a bad way, so even the cat tray is washed and outside airing :T Will clean the kitchen and hoover round in the morning

Just waiting for a little washing to dry and then I am off for petrol, pop to shops and then pick my sister up from metro station to visit Mam - back later - have a good day everyone :D
