I'm sorry but a 30 odd year old bloke does not add a 10 year old girl to his facebook account unless they are related. His behaviour is inappropriate whether he is drunk or not.

If he wants to play dad he had his chance with his own kids, your child isn't his substitute!

My daughter regularly had a strop about not being allowed to use FB because she was not old enough. Now she is 13 AND understand that it can be dangerous she is allowed to use FB but I am a friend and she has the maximum security settings. She really didn't 'get' why she couldn't use it when she was 10/11, even though it states quite clearly you can't on the front page, and she quite intelligent (!!). Her FB is not used regularly anyway, it is much better for them to talk to their friends on the phone or see them. So OP I would suggest that there shouldn't be a FB account for a 10 year old regardless of how much control you as a parent have over it.
