Best high spec laptop?

Can anyone advise me on what is the best high spec laptop with the following features? I thought something like "What Laptop" would have a list that I'd be able to look through and compare but it didn't. It needs to have - at least 1GB memory high specification processor inbuilt webcam and mic wifi bluetooth infra red…

Dont bother with an AppleMac there is hardly any software or hardware support. Good luck if you buy one and want to buy something to plug into it
