AVOID it like the plague!! I have been with them for years and just gone over to Fibre optic it worked fine for 5 days then they cut it off!! 8 hours on the phone later , yes 8 hours over 3 weeks i cannot find one person who has got a clue what why who how. they have turned it off at their end by mistake and cant turn it back on again. They said they would give me a months free rent ( wow I havent had internet for nearly that already) there is no number to go direct you have to do the que, music,15 min wait, answer 10 questions about your account to get to talk to an idiot who is reading answers off a sheet. When I can get someone witha modicum of intelligence I will get it cancelled and go with BT( the engineer who does not wrk for BT told me they are by far the best , so cheaper doesnt always pay. One bloke at talk talk said we are new to this fibre optic biz and dont really know what we are doing, we have not had this fault before, he then advised me to buy a dongle so that I have the internet. so be warned !!
