True, but that is how it is supposed to work, I think.
yes, RM have a clear policy, the debate here was about the way it's applied being hit and miss.
It could simply be employees not understanding the difference.
To me it makes a big difference because I need to know the amount covered by compensation, as I may need extra depending on what is covered.
At least now I know.0 -
