    Pimp incidentally is from portsmouth.
    Where they managed to mix up !!!!!phile and pediatrician.
    And flats are around 20% cheaper than when he bought 2.

    Oh dear. I am actually from Glasgow. I don't live in Portsmouth. I have some BtL property in Portsmouth. I have a couple of flats amongst the many properties that I have purchased that are worth a bit less than I paid for them.
  • have just bought a new 2 bed home in n west asking price was £80,000 offer of £45,000 accepted,if all goes according to plan we move within 2 weeks,we sold our current home for full asking for cash and no chain either side
    finally after 29 years we will be debt and mortgage free
