Got up to date with things like snowballs and theres a little slippage to report following Christmas and the DFD is now at March 2016 from January. Well nevermind. I will be getting that down again.Trying to shift that debt!0 -

Cheers ladies. Im cracking on anew with ebay and the promise of a tenant soon, as paid out for loads of work to be done.
We will be using budgets for everything.Trying to shift that debt!0 -
Well done on your Jan payments Skint, thats good going for the hardest month of the year!!
I whoop whooped at clearing my N*xt account on the 31st Dec, I couldnt bear to enter the new year with a balance outstanding. Bloody skint now though :-( Roll on Jan payday and I can get a grip of the finances again.
Everything crossed that you get a tenant ASAP

Yep there is a snagging list and a lot of tough work to be done to get the house ready floor to be laid, garden to be tidied and a few bits of jobs to be done.
We are also having another ebay forage so there will be more listed. I will wait for a free listing weekend for the new stuff, the old stuff we can chuck on at 99p.
mind you due to ebays policy where abuyer has not recieved an item I am going to be putting all my new stuff on as signed for.
We have set up our budgets and I am going to be organised if it kills me.
Im trying to get a bit ahead with the payments this month so I can free up some room to buy things for the house. hope it works.Trying to shift that debt!0 -
Right I have had a good old look at things.
Budgets are done. I have literally nothing remaining for February - Ive planned it, just whatever else I make. This has to be the way for the next 6 months so I get some clear water.I dont know what the husband will have left but hes got to spend the next few weeks monitoring his spending so we dont miss any tricks.
So I best knuckle down and make some money / make within budget savings so I can make a difference.
Next debt will be cleared in March as I have a water rates bill to meet as well this month.
So money making schemes and scams, good old ebay..... surveys...... making my own logs from newspaper!
Lets see how far we can get. Just 6 months of this, and we will be laughing!Trying to shift that debt!0 -
