  • Hi

    I'm new to this thread!!

I personally only plan on spending £1.09 today on milk - possibly 2.18 if we need milk for my toddler as well - need to check the fridge (he has a different sort)

I know my H is a bit of a !!!!!! at work, buying teas from the machine and chocolate (although we have chocolate in the cupboard and bought him a flask) - but I'm going to start hassling him into stopping this wastage!

Hi Moozie-the demon packer of the DFW gang! Well I will be spending NOTHING today. (Bit of a cheat as I cant yet go out!!) BUT for the first time in ages I feel HUMAN!!!!!!!!! I feel SO much better. Still get a bit tired, but finally feel as though the worst is over. Many many thanks to everybody for being so kind and thoughtful whilst I've been poorly. I have been really touched. Thank you. Best wishes to you all. Annie XXXXXXX

I have spent £1.98 out of my "non-essentials" budget today.
I also bought some more Christmas presents which totalled £19.66 & I got 2 birthday presents (1 for February & 1 for March) which came to £18.99 but I know both will be happily received, this money is coming out of my birthday/Christmas budget so am pleased with today. Nothing else as going to stay in & finish writing my cards :T

I want to wear my beautiful wedding dress everyday- it would make shopping so much more fun, I mean, people go shopping in their pyjamas these days.......

Hello. I spent £4.32 on postage - one late birthday present, one package, one late birthday card (there's a theme emerging here...), one 'get well soon' card, one 'happy birthday and retirement' card and - boo hiss - a cheque.

I think my DFW guardian angel was doing her bit today as when I got to the car park a lovely old man offered me his ticket which had over 2 hrs left on it, result!
If you can't be a good example, be a dire warning :D
