in my haste to scan my first shop i completely forgot that i had to scan my name, shop and total first. So this shop went in but in the wrong order, will they sort that out or will not count!

I've done that before, it will still count but they will send you an email reminding you how to do it properly.

I don't know if this is any help to anybody but I have been shop and scanning for 3 years plus now and we always use to get a 4000 points Christmas bonus. We did not get it this year, I emailed them on Thursday and I received a email back saying that the new clicker automatically senses when to give you the Christmas bonus but due to the fact that the change of equipment was after Christmas it did not give me my bonus, they have now credited me with 4000 points so I would suggest that you check your account statement to make sure that you have got your Christmas bonus, if not email them.:T

I got 6000 points for a Christmas bonus which were credited on 10th January. This was my first Christmas doing shop and scan.

Hello, sorry to ask another question, i have just transmitted barcodes, and have taken photos of receipts, but they sasy they are too big, its one tesco one (one isde) and a sainsburys one (2sides) i tried to do them individually, and together, not sure how to changhe the resolution, using windows 7

Hi Emma,

You could open the images using Paint and on the "Home" tab, click on "Resize". The Horizontal and Vetical sizes should both say 100. Now try changing them to around 75 or 50 and make sure "Maintain aspect ratio" is ticked so the image remain in proportion. Once you've done that for all the pictures you needed to resize, right click on each picture and see if all the pictures you need to upload are under 1.5mb.
