We have only just joined {first codes submitted last Sunday week} The first submit we got emails to say that both barcodes and till rec had been recieved. Sunday {just gone} did the same againhad no emails but Monday was awarded 500 points for the till and this morning had the barcode points on my account page

Good to know I'm not the only one. They may be having problems as they're usually good at allocating points.

hi i have just received my clicker and i was about to install the driver from the demonstration dvd, and its saying that i need the 64 bit version, i am attempting this on my laptop with windows 7, will they send me something different in order for me to particpate, will i encounter any other problems using windows 7?

I never thought of checking my account actually! All my points have been added today and yesterday so I'm a happy bunny. Didn't realise I had a few snacks out of home last week as I had 4400 points added!

Get in touch with them and let them know you have a 64-bit system - I had the same problem and they got back to me very quickly with a link to download the correct drivers. I'm afraid I don't know anything about using it with Windows 7 as I have Vista, but perhaps you could ask them about this at the same time?

I registered my interest a few months ago, and about a fortnight ago I got an email asking if I was still interested, and to confirm some details (marital status etc). "Once we have this information we will then be able to add your name to our recruitment list and order equipment for you."...so does this mean I should be expecting to receive the scanner soon, or that Ive been added to another waiting list?!

Hello, I am so glad I joined shop and scan I have mainly been having Next vouchers-I have saved a lot of money on clothes for my little boy. Have just joined the petrol panel-so i now do the shop and scan, food on the go and petrol panel. Haven't had any problems with them since i joined about 3 years ago now. They have been quick to reply and solve any problems ie batteries used to die on my old clicker for example.

when i registered the other day they asked if i would like to join a panel about internet usage, i could definately do with that! so looking fwd to starting with the shopping just haven't needed to buy any groceries since it arrived the other day!!!
